  • 100 g Granulated sugar
  • 200 g Water
  • 30 g Lemon

Steps

Watermelon Base

  1. Cut the Watermelon into 2-3 cm cubes.
  2. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Setaside the dough on a freezer let cool during 3h .

Sorbet

  1. Add 600 g of watermelon, 100 g of granulated sugar, 200 g of water in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
  3. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
  4. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
  5. Add 30 g of lemon in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Freezing and Serving

  1. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a freezer bag.
  2. Setaside the dough in the freezer let cool during 2h .
  3. Serve Immediately.
