- 600 g Watermelon
- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 200 g Water
- 30 g Lemon
Steps
Watermelon Base
- Cut the Watermelon into 2-3 cm cubes.
- Place in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Setaside the dough on a freezer let cool during 3h .
Sorbet
- Add 600 g of watermelon, 100 g of granulated sugar, 200 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
- Add 30 g of lemon in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Freezing and Serving
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a freezer bag.
- Setaside the dough in the freezer let cool during 2h .
- Serve Immediately.
