Béchamel
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 50 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 60°C / Speed 2.
- Add 30 g of flour t55 in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 90°C / Speed 3.
- Add 500 g of milk gradually, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 7:00min / 90°C / Speed 4.
- Add 50 g of gruyere in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Soufflé
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 3 eggs only the yellow in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Add 3 eggs only white in the food processor bowl.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the zucchini mixture.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in an individual casserole.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
