- 100 g Butter
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 3 Eggs
- 150 g Granulated sugar
- 120 g Flour t55
- 5 g Baking powder
- 20 g Bitter cocoa
- 80 g Milk
Steps
Chocolate Melting
- Add 100 g of butter, 200 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula.
Cake Batter
- Add 3 eggs, 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 120 g of flour t55, 5 g of baking powder, 20 g of bitter cocoa, 80 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Ensure all ingredients are well combined by scraping the sides of the bowl.
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the mold for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
