Ingredients
- 100 g Water
- 200 g Granulated sugar
- 5 g Strawberry aroma
- 5 g Orange flavor
- 20 g Gelatin
- 15 g Lemon juice
- 2 Drop(s) Red dye
- 2 Drop(s) Green dye
Steps
Flavor Infusion
- Add 100 g of water, 200 g of granulated sugar, 5 g of strawberry aroma, 5 g of orange flavor in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
Gelatin Activation
- Add 20 g of gelatin, 15 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Color Division
- Divide the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Add 2 drop(s) of red dye in the bowl.
- Stir gently to achieve an even color distribution in the bowl with the red dye.
- Add 2 drop(s) of green dye in the bowl.
- Stir gently to achieve an even color distribution in the bowl with the green dye.
- Leave the third bowl without any dye to obtain translucent gummies.
Mold Setting
- Pour the content of the bowl in the form of an ice tray.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 4h .
Demold and Enjoy
- Carefully remove the gummy bears from the molds.
- Serve Immediately or store at room temperature maximum 0 .
