- 1000 g Tomato
- 100 g Green pepper
- 100 g Cucumber
- 50 g Red onion
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 50 g Olive oil
- 30 g Wine vinegar
- 100 g Water
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
Steps
Gazpacho
- Add 1000 g of tomato in the food processor bowl.
- Deseed, and add 100 g of green pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Peel, and add 100 g of cucumber in the food processor bowl.
- Add 50 g of red onion, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Add 50 g of olive oil, 30 g of wine vinegar, 100 g of water, 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Cooling
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a container.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 2h .
- Garnish with cubed baguettes and fresh basil, if desired. Serve immediately.
