  • 500 g Whole milk
  • 1 Vanilla extract
  • 500 g Water

Steps

Caramel

  1. Add 150 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 7:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  3. Pour of the Preparation name in the ramekin.

Cooking

  1. Place the vapor kit.
  2. Place of the ramekin in the vapor tray.
  3. Add 500 g of water in the food processor bowl.
  4. Place the vapor kit.
  5. Mix manual: 40:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  6. Remove the vapor kit.
  7. Setaside the ramekin let cool.
  8. Setaside the ramekin in a fridge during 4h .

Serving

  1. Run a thin knife around the edge of the ramekins to loosen the flan
  2. Place a plate over the ramekins
  3. Invert the ramekins quickly
  4. The caramel will flow over the flan
  5. Serve Cold.
