Steps

Preparation

Rinse the Basmati Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Drain well.

Cooking

Add 100 g of basmati rice, 500 g of milk, 100 g of granulated sugar, 1 pinch(es) of saffron in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 25:00min / 90°C / Speed 2. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula

Garnish

Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a dessert bowl.
Add 50 g of almond on the dessert bowl.
Serve Warm.
