- 200 g Sesame cream - tahini
- 100 g Liquid honey
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- 20 g Chocolate powder
- 30 g Sunflower seed

- Line a square or rectangular baking pan with baking_paper. Ensure the paper hangs over the edges for easy removal.

- Add 200 g of sesame cream – tahini, 100 g of liquid honey in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Cut into small pieces, and add 50 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Add 20 g of chocolate powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Assembly and Cooling
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a baking tray.
- Sprinkle 30 g of sunflower seed on a preparation content.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 2h .
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the baking_paper overhang.
- Cut into squares.
- Serve Immediately.
