Ingredients

  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 150 g Red pepper
  • 150 g Green pepper
  • 100 g Onion
  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 30 g Olive oil
  • 10 g Chili powder
  • 5 g Ground cumin
  • 5 g Paprika
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
  • 8 Wheat tortillas
  • 200 g Cheddar

Steps

Chicken and Vegetables

  1. Add 400 g of chicken breast, 150 g of red pepper, 150 g of green pepper, 100 g of onion, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  3. Add 30 g of olive oil, 10 g of chili powder, 5 g of ground cumin, 5 g of paprika, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  5. Move the chicken and vegetable mixture to a bowl and set aside.
  6. Wash the food processor bowl.

Quesadilla assembly

  1. Add 8 wheat tortillas on a workplan.
  2. Sprinkle 200 g of cheddar over a plate.
  3. Spoon the cooked chicken and vegetable mixture over the cheese on each tortilla.
  4. Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape.

Cooking

  1. Cook in the fry pan without added oil.
  2. Place the quesadillas in the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
  3. Remove the quesadillas from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
  4. Cut each quesadilla into wedges.
  5. Serve Hot.
