Ingredients
- 400 g Chicken breast
- 150 g Red pepper
- 150 g Green pepper
- 100 g Onion
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 30 g Olive oil
- 10 g Chili powder
- 5 g Ground cumin
- 5 g Paprika
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 8 Wheat tortillas
- 200 g Cheddar
Steps
Chicken and Vegetables
- Add 400 g of chicken breast, 150 g of red pepper, 150 g of green pepper, 100 g of onion, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 30 g of olive oil, 10 g of chili powder, 5 g of ground cumin, 5 g of paprika, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Move the chicken and vegetable mixture to a bowl and set aside.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
Quesadilla assembly
- Add 8 wheat tortillas on a workplan.
- Sprinkle 200 g of cheddar over a plate.
- Spoon the cooked chicken and vegetable mixture over the cheese on each tortilla.
- Fold the other half of the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape.
Cooking
- Cook in the fry pan without added oil.
- Place the quesadillas in the hot skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted and gooey.
- Remove the quesadillas from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
- Cut each quesadilla into wedges.
- Serve Hot.
