  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 15 g Chili powder
  • 5 g Ground cumin
  • 5 g Dried oregano
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 400 g Crushed tomato
  • 240 g Canned corn
  • 6 Wheat tortillas
  • 200 g Cheddar
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 1 Fresh coriander
  • 1 Lime

Filling Preparation

  5. Add 500 g of ground beef, 15 g of chili powder, 5 g of ground cumin, 5 g of dried oregano, 1 salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 10:00min / 120°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
  7. Add 400 g of crushed tomato, 240 g of canned corn in the food processor bowl.

Assembling the Enchiladas

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Add 6 wheat tortillas on a workplan.
