  • 120 g Butter
  • 200 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 Star anise
  • 800 g Apple
  • 250 g Puff pastry

Steps

Caramelized Apples

  1. Add 120 g of butter, 200 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
