- Add 140 g of flour t55, 4 eggs, 200 g of milk, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Setaside the preparation content during 30min.
Cooking the Yorkshire Puddings
- Preheat the oven at 220°C.
- Distribute 1 tablespoon(s) of sunflower oil in a baking tray.
- Cook in the oven at 220°C during 5min.
