Steps

Batter

Peel, cut in four, and add 200 g of banana in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Add 2 eggs, 120 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Add 80 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Add 200 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda in the food processor bowl.
Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Transfer the content of the food processor bowl by using the spatula in a mixing bowl.
Add 100 g of dark chocolate chip in the mixing bowl.
Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips with a spatula.

Baking

Preheat the oven at 180°C.
Transfer the content of the mixing bowl in a cake mold to be greased before.
Cook in the oven at 180°C during 45min.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the mold for 10 minutes.
Unmould the content of the cake mold on a strainer let cool.

Serving

Slice the cake into 1-2 cm thick slices.
Serve Immediately.
