Steps

Potato Mixture

  1. Peel, cut in four, and add 500 g of potato in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl by using a spoon on a cooking cloth.
  4. Squeeze out as much moisture as possible using the cooking cloth.
  5. Rinse the food processor bowl.
  6. Transfer the content of the cooking cloth by using a spoon in the food processor bowl.
  7. Add 1 egg, 20 g of flour t55, 2 g of salt, 1 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.

Cooking the Galettes

  1. Pan fry in the oven with an oil base.
  2. Add 10 g of olive oil in a frypan.
  3. Heat a thin layer of Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the Potato mixture into the hot skillet, spreading them out slightly to form thin, round galettes.
  5. Cook in the oven during 5min.
  6. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Transfer the content of the frypan on a baking tray.
  8. Transfer the cooked Potato Galettes to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Serving

  1. Serve Hot.
