- 40 g Clove of garlic
- 300 g Red pepper
- 300 g Green pepper
- 800 g Canned red bean
- 600 g Canned corn
- 20 g Olive oil
- 500 g Ground beef
- 200 g Tomato puree
- 200 g Beef broth
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Chili powder
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Ground cumin
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Dried oregano
- 5 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Steps
Initial Prep
- Cut into dices, and add 200 g of onion on a cutting board.
- Mince, and add 20 g of clove of garlic on the cutting board.
- Cut into dices, and add 150 g of red pepper, 150 g of green pepper on the cutting board.
- Drain, and add 400 g of canned red bean in a strainer.
- Drain, and add 300 g of canned corn in the strainer.
Chili Base
- Add 20 g of olive oil, 200 g of onion, 20 g of clove of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 500 g of ground beef in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Add 150 g of red pepper, 150 g of green pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Add 200 g of tomato puree, 200 g of beef broth, 2 tablespoon(s) of chili powder, 1 teaspoon(s) of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon(s) of dried oregano, 5 g of salt, 1 g of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
Final Touches
- Add 400 g of canned red bean, 300 g of canned corn in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 90°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Check seasoning and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
