- 80 g Butter
- 400 g White chocolate
- 200 g Speculoos
- 50 g Whole milk

- Add 250 g of butter biscuit in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Add 80 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking tray.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a square baking pan lined with baking paper.
Chocolate Speculoos Filling
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 400 g of white chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Add 200 g of speculoos, 50 g of whole milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Final Preparation
- Pour half the content of the food processor bowl over a preparation content.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
- Transfer the rest of the content of the food processor bowl over the preparation content.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.
