Cooking

  1. Add 800 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
  3. Check the consistency; if needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes / 100°C / Speed 2 until the marmalade reaches the desired thickness.

Finishing

  1. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
  2. Seal the jars immediately.
  3. Let cool completely.
