  5. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  6. Add 2 eggs, 80 g of granulated sugar, 1 bag(s) of vanilla sugar, 30 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  8. Add 80 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
  9. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Baking

  1. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl.
  2. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 15min.
  3. Check with a toothpick inserted into the center if it comes out clean.
  4. Setaside the preparation content let cool during 5min.
  5. Transfer the content of the plate in a strainer let cool.
  6. Serve Cold.
