  • 80 g Granulated sugar
  • 20 g Lemon juice

  1. Peel, pit, cut into cubes, and add 500 g of mango in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
  3. Add 100 g of water, 80 g of granulated sugar, 20 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a freezer bag.
  6. Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 4h .

Sorbet

  1. Rinse the food processor bowl.
  2. Break the frozen mango mixture into smaller pieces.
  3. Transfer the content of the freezer bag in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  5. If the mixture is too hard, add a little water.
  6. Serve Immediately.
  7. For a firmer texture, return to the freezer.
