  1. Add 500 g of ground beef, 100 g of red wine, 200 g of tomato puree, 400 g of tomato pulp, 100 g of beef broth, 100 g of milk, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
  3. Check seasoning and adjust if necessary.

Spaghetti

  1. Boil the oven filled with water at 100°C.
  2. Add 500 g of spaghetti in a cooking pot.
  3. Cook the spaghetti following package directions.
