- 50 g Celery branch
- 50 g Bacon pieces
- 30 g Olive oil
- 500 g Ground beef
- 100 g Red wine
- 200 g Tomato puree
- 400 g Tomato pulp
- 100 g Beef broth
- 100 g Milk
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 500 g Spaghetti
Steps
Vegetables and Bacon
- Add 100 g of onion, 100 g of carrot, 50 g of celery branch, 50 g of bacon pieces in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Scrape down sides of bowl with spatula
- Add 30 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
Bolognese Sauce
- Add 500 g of ground beef, 100 g of red wine, 200 g of tomato puree, 400 g of tomato pulp, 100 g of beef broth, 100 g of milk, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Check seasoning and adjust if necessary.
Spaghetti
- Boil the oven filled with water at 100°C.
- Add 500 g of spaghetti in a cooking pot.
- Cook the spaghetti following package directions.
