  2. Mix manual: 2:00min / 37°C / Speed 2.
  3. Add 250 g of flour, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
  5. Add 20 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix knead: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
  7. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
  8. Setaside the preparation content in the mixing bowl cover with towel during 1h .

Stuffing & Assembly

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Flatten each bun into a small circle.
  3. Place 1 slice(s) of ham slice in some dough.
  4. Place 15 g of mozzarella in the dough.
  5. Close the dough around the filling, forming a ball.
  6. Place the content of the dough on a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.
