  • 200 g Blanched almond
  • 60 g Butter
  • 50 g Icing sugar
  • 15 g Orange blossom water
  • 100 g Honey
  • 20 g Flaked almond

Steps

Almond Paste

  1. Add 200 g of blanched almond in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
  3. Add 60 g of butter, 50 g of icing sugar, 15 g of orange blossom water in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  6. Setaside the preparation content beside a result.

Shaping and Filling

  1. Cut the Brick Sheets into long strips.
