Ingredients
- 200 g Blanched almond
- 60 g Butter
- 50 g Icing sugar
- 15 g Orange blossom water
- 100 g Honey
- 20 g Flaked almond

Almond Paste
- Add 200 g of blanched almond in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Add 60 g of butter, 50 g of icing sugar, 15 g of orange blossom water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content beside a result.
Shaping and Filling
- Cut the Brick Sheets into long strips.
- Place a small amount (about 1 tsp) of the Almond paste at the end of one strip and fold it diagonally to form a triangle. Continue folding in a triangular shape until the end of the strip.
- Seal the edge with a little melted Butter.

Cooking
