- 30 g Salted soy sauce
- 20 g Honey
- 15 g Rice vinegar
- 5 g Sesame oil
- 100 g Carrot
- 100 g Cucumber
- 50 g Water
- 30 g Sugar cube
- 2 Green chilis
- 50 g Fresh coriander
Steps
Pork Preparation
- Add 500 g of pork loin in a bowl.
- Add 2 cloves of garlic, 30 g of salted soy sauce, 20 g of honey, 15 g of rice vinegar, 5 g of sesame oil in the bowl.
- Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Setaside the preparation content on a workplan during 30min.
- Pan fry the fry pan with an oil base.

Pickled Vegetables Preparation
- Add 100 g of carrot, 100 g of cucumber in the bowl.
