  • 2 Cloves of garlic
  • 30 g Salted soy sauce
  • 20 g Honey
  • 15 g Rice vinegar
  • 5 g Sesame oil
  • 100 g Carrot
  • 100 g Cucumber
  • 50 g Water
  • 30 g Sugar cube
  • 2 Green chilis
  • 50 g Fresh coriander

Steps

Pork Preparation

  1. Add 500 g of pork loin in a bowl.
  2. Add 2 cloves of garlic, 30 g of salted soy sauce, 20 g of honey, 15 g of rice vinegar, 5 g of sesame oil in the bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  4. Setaside the preparation content on a workplan during 30min.
  5. Pan fry the fry pan with an oil base.
  6. Setaside the preparation content on a plate.

Pickled Vegetables Preparation

  1. Add 100 g of carrot, 100 g of cucumber in the bowl.

Spicy Sauce Preparation

  1. Add 50 g of water, 30 g of sugar cube, 2 green chilis in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  3. Strain the chili sauce into a bowl.

Sandwich Assembly

  1. Cut the Baguettes lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  2. Spread a thin layer of the strained spicy sauce over the insides of the bread.
  3. Add 50 g of fresh coriander with the preparation content.
