  • 200 g Pork loin
  • 50 g Onion
  • 1 g Salt
  • 1 g Pepper
  • 200 g Cooked peeled shrimp
  • 100 g Beansprout

Steps

Batter

  5. Setaside the preparation content in a bowl.

Filling

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 30 g of olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 3:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  4. Add 200 g of pork loin, 50 g of onion, 1 g of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 g of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
  6. Add 200 g of cooked peeled shrimp, 100 g of beansprout in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 2:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  8. Setaside the preparation content in the bowl.

Cooking the Crepes

  1. Cook in the fry pan with an oil base.
  2. Pour a thin layer of crepe batter onto the hot pan, swirling to create a thin, even circle.

  12. Serve immediately, garnished with Fresh Mint and additional Beansprouts if desired.
