- 250 g Flour
- 15 g Baking powder
- 5 g Salt
- 35 g Butter
- 180 g Milk
- 100 g Strawberry jam

Preparation
- Add 250 g of flour, 15 g of baking powder, 5 g of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Cut into cubes, and add 30 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
Dough Making
- Add 180 g of milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface.
Cooking
- Gently pat the dough into a round, about 2-3 cm thick.
- Put the fry pan over medium heat.
- Brush 5 g of butter in a frypan.
- Lightly grease the skillet with butter.
- Carefully place the dough round into the hot skillet.
- Cook in the fry pan over medium heat during 7min.
- Cook in the fry pan over medium heat during 10min.
- Reduce heat if it browns too quickly.
Serving
- Remove the bannock from the skillet and let it cool slightly.
- Cut into wedges.
- Add 100 g of strawberry jam with a plate.
- Serve Warm.
