  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda

  1. Add 225 g of dried apricot in a bowl.
  2. Add 300 g of raisin, 225 g of brown beer in the bowl.
  3. Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 8h .

Mix Ingredients

  1. Add 300 g of flour t55, 100 g of butter, 100 g of brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of mixed spice, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Baking

  1. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf tin
  2. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 45min.
  3. Check if a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Let it cool before serving. This cake is better the day after.
  5. Serve Cold.
