  2. Add 2 eggs, 120 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 6:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
  4. Add 120 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
  6. Melt the microwave.
  7. Add 40 g of butter, 60 g of milk, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
  9. Add 100 g of red fruit in the food processor bowl.
  10. Gently fold in red fruits.
  11. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking dish.
  12. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 25min.
  13. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  14. Setaside the preparation content on a plate let cool.
  15. Cut the cake to form a butterfly shape.

Icing Preparation

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 150 g of icing sugar, 30 g of milk in the food processor bowl.

  4. Add 1 drop(s) of red dye in the food processor bowl.

  6. Add more Milk to adjust the consistency.

Final Assembly

  1. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on some dough.
