Ingredients
- 150 g Carrot
- 30 g Orange zest
- 125 g Whole wheat flour
- 90 g Oatmeal flake
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Honey
- 20 g Sunflower oil
- 40 g Raisin
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 1 Pinch(es) Cinnamon powder
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 170°C.
- Cut in pieces, and add 150 g of carrot in the food processor bowl.
- Add 30 g of orange zest in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 6sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 125 g of whole wheat flour, 90 g of oatmeal flake, 1 egg, 100 g of honey, 20 g of sunflower oil, 40 g of raisin, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of cinnamon powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Form small piles on the baking sheet using 1 tablespoon of the mixture, leaving 2 cm between each pile, and sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon of oats.
- Cook in the oven with rotating heat at 170°C during 20min to 25min.
- Let it rest for 2 minutes on the baking sheet, then transfer it to a cooling rack and allow it to cool completely.
