- 150 g Abondance
- 150 g Beaufort
- 150 g Comté
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 150 g White wine
- 10 g Kirsch
- 1 Pinch(es) Nutmeg gourd
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper

Cheese Blend
- Cut into cubes, and add 150 g of abondance, 150 g of beaufort, 150 g of comté in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 1 clove of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 7. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
Fondue
- Add 150 g of white wine in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 7:00min / 70°C / Speed 2.
- Add 10 g of kirsch, 1 pinch(es) of nutmeg gourd, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 70°C / Speed 3.
Serving
- Serve Hot.
- Serve immediately with bread cubes.
