- 600 g Chicken breast
- 150 g Natural yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
- 3 Teaspoon(s) Garam masala
- 2 Teaspoon(s) Turmeric

- 10 g Ginger
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 150 g Onion
- 30 g Butter
- 200 g Tomato puree
- 100 g Water
- 100 g Whipping cream
- 15 g Fresh coriander

Chicken Marinade
- Cut into cubes, and add 600 g of chicken breast in a bowl.
- Add 150 g of natural yogurt, 1 tablespoon(s) of lemon juice, 2 teaspoon(s) of garam masala, 1 teaspoon(s) of turmeric, 1 pinch(es) of cayenne pepper, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the bowl.
- Mix well, ensuring the chicken is well coated with the marinade.
- Setaside the preparation content during 2h .
Tikka Masala Sauce
- Add 10 g of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 7. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 150 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 30 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Add 200 g of tomato puree, 100 g of water, 1 teaspoon(s) of garam masala, 1 teaspoon(s) of turmeric, 1 pinch(es) of cayenne pepper, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Add 100 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 2.
- Chop, and add 15 g of fresh coriander in the food processor bowl.
Basmati Rice
- Rinse the Basmati Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook in the oven at 100°C.
