- 50 g Fresh parsley
- 20 g Fresh oregano
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Red pepper
- 30 g Wine vinegar
- 100 g Olive oil
- 10 g Lemon juice
- 5 g Dried oregano
- 5 g Salt
- 2 g Pepper
- 1 g Crushed chilli

Preparation
- Add 50 g of fresh parsley, 20 g of fresh oregano, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 red pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 30 g of wine vinegar, 100 g of olive oil, 10 g of lemon juice, 5 g of dried oregano, 5 g of salt, 2 g of pepper, 1 g of crushed chilli in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.

- Transfer the chimichurri to a serving bowl.
