- 70 g Peanut butter
- 90 g Pitted date
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla pod in powder form
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Agave syrup
- 130 g 70% dark chocolate

- Add 70 g of peanut in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 70 g of peanut butter, 90 g of pitted date, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla pod in powder form, 1 teaspoon(s) of agave syrup in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
- From this mixture, form small balls (about 20), place them on a plate, and refrigerate for 5 minutes.
- Clean and wipe the mixing bowl.
- Add 130 g of 70% dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 4:00min / 40°C / Speed . Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula

- Using a fork, fully immerse each ball in the melted chocolate.
