  • 200 g Sesame cream - tahini
  • 100 g Liquid honey
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 20 g Chocolate powder
  • 30 g Sunflower seed

Steps

Preparation

  1. Line a square or rectangular baking pan with baking_paper. Ensure the paper hangs over the edges for easy removal.

  1. Add 200 g of sesame cream – tahini, 100 g of liquid honey in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Cut into small pieces, and add 50 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  4. Add 20 g of chocolate powder in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  6. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.

Assembly and Cooling

  1. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a baking tray.
  2. Sprinkle 30 g of sunflower seed on a preparation content.
  3. Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 2h .
  4. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the baking_paper overhang.
  5. Cut into squares.
  6. Serve Immediately.
