Ingredients
- 8 Chorizos
- 150 g Red pepper
- 150 g White onion
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 50 g Olive oil
- 100 g Tomato puree
- 50 g Wine vinegar
- 10 g Paprika
- 5 g Chili powder
- 5 g Dried oregano
- 5 g Ground cumin
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 5 Sheet(s) Fresh parsley
Steps
Sausage Preparation
- Add 8 chorizos in the cooking basket.
- Place the cooking basket.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the content of the cooking basket in a plate.
- Slice the cooked chorizo into halves or quarters.
Chimichurri Sauce
- Add 150 g of red pepper, 150 g of white onion, 2 cloves of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 5°C / Speed 5.
- Add 50 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 100 g of tomato puree, 50 g of wine vinegar, 10 g of paprika, 5 g of chili powder, 5 g of dried oregano, 5 g of ground cumin, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.

Assembly
- Cut the baguettes lengthwise, without cutting all the way through.
- Spread a generous amount of chimichurri sauce inside each baguette.
- Arrange the sliced chorizo over the chimichurri sauce.
