  3. Add 200 g of chorizo in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Add 20 g of fresh parsley, 50 g of breadcrumb, 1 egg, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  7. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  8. Shape the mixture into small, slightly flattened meatballs.

Cooking the Meatballs

  1. Add 2 tablespoon(s) of olive oil in a frypan.
  2. Cook in the oven over medium heat.
  3. Cook the meatballs until they are browned and cooked through.

Sauces

  1. Add 200 g of tomato sauce, 200 g of whipping cream, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the bowl.
