- 500 g Chicken breast
- 200 g Chorizo
- 20 g Fresh parsley
- 50 g Breadcrumb
- 1 Egg
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
- 200 g Tomato sauce
- 200 g Whipping cream
Steps
Chicken and Chorizo Meatballs
- Add 500 g of chicken breast in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 200 g of chorizo in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 20 g of fresh parsley, 50 g of breadcrumb, 1 egg, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small, slightly flattened meatballs.
Cooking the Meatballs
- Add 2 tablespoon(s) of olive oil in a frypan.
- Cook in the oven over medium heat.
- Cook the meatballs until they are browned and cooked through.
Sauces
- Add 200 g of tomato sauce, 200 g of whipping cream, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the bowl.
- Whisk the whipping cream with salt and pepper. Optionally, add herbs or Garlic Powder for flavor.
Assembly
- Thread the cooked Chorizo Chicken Meatballs onto wooden skewers.
- Serve Hot.
- Serve the skewers with the Tomato Sauce and Whipping Cream for dipping.
