- 15 g Fresh baker's yeast

- 5 g Salt

- 60 g Butter

Dough
- Add 240 g of milk, 30 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 37°C / Speed 2.
- Add 15 g of fresh baker's yeast in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 1 egg, 5 g of salt, 480 g of flour t55, 60 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Form a ball with the dough.
- Setaside the dough in a bowl cover with towel during 1h 30.
Filling & Assembly
- In a bowl, combine softened Butter, Brown Sugar, and Cinnamon Powder for the filling. Mix well and set aside.
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Grease a round baking dish.
- Once the dough has doubled, roll it out on a lightly floured surface into a large rectangle (approximately 30×40 cm).
- Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the dough.
- Starting from one long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log.
- Cut the log into 9 equal pieces.
- Arrange the cinnamon rolls in the prepared baking dish, spacing them slightly apart.
- Setaside the dough in a baking dish cover with towel during 30min.
Baking and Glaze
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
- While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze: In a bowl, whisk together Icing Sugar, Milk, and Vanilla Extract until smooth.
- Once the cinnamon rolls are baked, let them cool slightly before spreading the glaze generously over the top.
- Serve Warm.
