- 250 g Milk
- 25 g Fresh baker's yeast
- 500 g Flour
- 260 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
- 280 g Butter
- 100 g Brown sugar
- 2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon powder
- 60 g Cream cheese
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
Steps

- Add 250 g of milk, 25 g of fresh baker's yeast in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 37°C / Speed 2.
- Add 500 g of flour, 80 g of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 120 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 2.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a container.
- Setaside the preparation content in an oven during 1h .
Mounting
- Add 100 g of butter, 100 g of brown sugar, 2 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in the container.
- Degas the dough and then dust the work surface with flour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape, approximately 0.5 cm thick.
- Spread the cinnamon mixture evenly over the entire surface of the rectangle.
