- 100 g Coconut
- 200 g Water
- 400 g Coconut milk
- 200 g Unsweetened condensed milk
- 30 g Lime juice
Steps
Coconut preparation
- Break the coconut.
- Collect the coconut water.
- Grate the coconut flesh.
- Add 50 g of coconut in a preparation content.
- Setaside the preparation content beside a bowl.
Sorbet Base
- Add 200 g of water, 400 g of coconut milk, 200 g of unsweetened condensed milk, 30 g of lime juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a freezer.
- Setaside the preparation content in the freezer during 4h .
Finalize Sorbet
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Break the frozen mixture into smaller pieces.
- Transfer the content of the container in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- If needed, scrape down the sides and repeat mixing.
- Serve Immediately.
- Sprinkle 50 g of coconut with the preparation content.
