- Add 500 g of vegetable broth in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
- Check the seasoning and adjust if needed.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Mince, and sprinkle 10 g of fresh chive on the bowl.
