- 500 g Milk
- 80 g Granulated sugar
- 2 g Vanilla extract
- 40 g Egg
- 30 g Cornflour (maïzena)
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 50 g Raspberry
- 50 g Blueberry

Vanilla Cream
- Add 500 g of milk, 80 g of granulated sugar, 2 g of vanilla extract, 40 g of egg only the yellow, 30 g of cornflour (maïzena) in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 8:00min / 90°C / Speed 4.
- Divide half the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.

Chocolate Cream
- Add 100 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 3.
Assembly

- Sprinkle 50 g of raspberry on a result.
- Sprinkle 50 g of blueberry on the result.
- Setaside the result in a fridge during 2h .
