- 120 g Pitted date
- 60 g Almond
- 60 g Dried apricot
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Water
- 30 g Grated coconut
- 15 g Chia seed

Fruit and Nut Paste
- Add 120 g of pitted date, 60 g of almond, 60 g of dried apricot in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 1 tablespoon(s) of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Check the consistency and add more water if needed.
Coconut Coating
- Divide half the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Seed Mix
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl.
Coconut Coating
- Add 30 g of grated coconut in the bowl.
- Mix gently to combine.
Seed Mix
- Add 15 g of chia seed in the bowl.
- Mix gently to combine.
Forming the Balls
- Roll each portion into small balls, about 3-4 cm in diameter.

- Roll the coconut balls in extra grated coconut to coat (optional).
Chilling
