Ingredients
- 240 g Chickpea
- 3 Cloves of garlic
- 60 g Lemon juice
- 60 g Sesame cream - tahini
- 180 g Olive oil
- 60 g Water
- 2 Pinch(es) Salt
- 2 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 240 g Natural yogurt
- 60 g Pine nut
- 1 Pinch(es) Chili powder
- 10 g Fresh parsley
Steps
Hummus
- Add 240 g of chickpea, 2 cloves of garlic, 60 g of lemon juice, 60 g of sesame cream – tahini, 60 g of olive oil, 60 g of water, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 10. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Setaside the preparation content in a bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
Toasted Pita Chips
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cut Pita Bread into bite-sized triangles.
- Place the content of the plate on a baking tray.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 5min.
- Check for golden and crispy.
Yogurt Sauce
- Add 240 g of natural yogurt, 1 clove of garlic, 60 g of olive oil, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Setaside the preparation content in the bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
Assembly
- Spread the hummus on a large serving platter.
- Spoon the yogurt sauce over the hummus.
- Sprinkle 60 g of pine nut, 1 pinch(es) of chili powder, 10 g of fresh parsley on the preparation content.
- Arrange the toasted pita chips around the hummus.
- Add 60 g of olive oil on the preparation content.
- Serve Immediately.
