- 650 g Pink grapefruit
- 240 g Water
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Honey
- 150 g Ice cube
Steps
- Wash, deseed, cut in pieces, and add 650 g of pink grapefruit in the food processor bowl.
- Add 240 g of water, 2 tablespoon(s) of honey in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 90°C / Speed 2.
- Stop the robot and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
- Strain the grapefruit juice through a sieve to remove all the pulp and fibers.
- Add 150 g of ice cube in a Preparation name.
