- 200 g Water
- 500 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon juice

Quince Prep
- Cut into cubes, and add 1000 g of quince in a bowl.
- Add 200 g of water in the bowl.
Cooking
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Add 500 g of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon(s) of lemon juice in the bowl.
- Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Check the consistency of the jam. If it's not thick enough, continue with the next step.
- Mix manual: 7:30min / 120°C / Speed 2.
Finishing
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Seal the jars immediately.
- Let the jars cool completely.
