Ingredients
- 1 Lime
- 50 g Coarse salt
- 30 g Granulated sugar
- 200 g Ice cube
- 80 g Tequila
- 40 g Cointreau
- 30 g Lime juice

Lime Salt Rim
- Cut in two, and add 1 lime in a bowl.
- Moisten the rim of margarita glasses with a Lime wedge.
- Add 50 g of coarse salt on a plate.
- Dip the moistened rims into the Coarse Salt to coat evenly.
- Setaside the preparation content on the plate.
Margarita Mix
- Add 30 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Add 200 g of ice cube in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
Frozen Margarita
- Add 80 g of tequila, 40 g of cointreau, 30 g of lime juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a glass.
- Serve Immediately.
