  • 250g wheat flour
  • 125g honey
  • 100ml milk
  • 50g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon gingerbread spice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Put the milk and butter in the food processor bowl and set 3 minutes at 50°C, speed 2.
  3. Add the honey, egg, flour, baking powder, spices and salt into the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix 20 seconds at speed 4.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Let cool before unmolding and serving.
