Cookie Dough

  1. Add 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  3. Add 100 g of oatmeal flake, 100 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Add 75 g of brown sugar, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  7. Add 50 g of chocolate chip in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 2 in inverse.
  9. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  10. Form small balls using a spoon or your hands.

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Place the content of the workplan on a baking tray.
  3. Line with baking paper.
  4. Cook in the oven at 180°C.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Setaside the preparation content on the baking tray during 5min.
  7. Transfer the content of the baking tray on a strainer let cool.

Assembly

  1. Add 50 g of apricot jam in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 2:00min / 50°C / Speed 1.
  3. Transfer the content of the strainer on a service dish.
  4. Spoon the Apricot Jam over the top of the stacked cookies.
  5. Serve Immediately.
