Cake Batter

  1. Add 200 g of butter, 200 g of granulated sugar, 4 eggs, 200 g of flour t55, 8 g of baking powder, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract, 1 lemon zest in the food processor bowl.

Cream Cheese Filling

  1. Add 250 g of white cheese, 50 g of icing sugar, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla sugar, 1 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  3. Setaside the preparation content in a bowl.

Final Assembly

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Grease and flour a lamb-shaped baking pan.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking dish.
  4. Cook in the oven at 180°C.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Once the cake is completely cool, carefully slice it horizontally.
  8. Spread the content of the bowl on some dough.
